
Brand identity for G&H Real Estate during a land development project they were heading. The style was to appeal to a broad audience of people who would be looking at the land to build a "step up" home. Mind Expressions created a fun, lively, fall color style for the logo to give the feeling of a modern home site, that still gave people the ability to be in nature if they chose. The style also wanted to convey the thoughts of falling leaves at sunset to let the logo and style of the marketing materials that went along with it to do the talking after the realtors had left.
